➦The Constitution of India is the largest
written constitution of constitution of all the democratic countries of the
world. It currently has 465 articles and 12 posts. It is divided into 22 parts.
At the time of formation, the original format had 395 articles, 22 parts and 8
schedules. In the Constitution, the structure of parliamentary form of
Government of India has been prepared, which is based on the federal system,
except for some exceptions. The executive constitutional president of the
central government is the President. According to Article 79 of the
Constitution of India, there is a presidential meeting of the President of the
Central Parliament and two meetings in which a meeting of directors elected by
the people is held in Lok Sabha and the representatives of the states elected
by the states. Article 74 (1) of the Constitution has been arranged that there
will be a cabinet for the President's assistance and advice to which the
President will be the Prime Minister, the President functions according to the
advice of the cabinet. Presently, the Prime Minister of India is Narendra Modi.
