Regarding the refund of fees to the candidates whose advertisement for Talati cum Minister and Junior Clard (Administration / Accounts) cadre published in the year 2018-19 has been canceled.

Regarding the above subject, it is to be mentioned that the announcement was made by 33 District Panchayat Service Selection Committees regarding the direct recruitment process of Junior ૨ Clerk and Gram Panchayat Minister (Class-3) cadre, in which the declaration number of the department is: -KP / 16/2021 / PSA / 1394. / 766 / B dated 08/07/2021 Gujarat District Panchayat Service Selection Á Mati (Functions) Rules-1998 '' 5d 'has been done. Also, all the advertisements have been published by all the District Panchayat Service Selection Votes under the direct recruitment process but all the advertisements which are yet to be taken for the competitive examination have been canceled.

Therefore, the direct recruitment of all District Panchayat Service Selection Dates for the year 2018 of Junior Clerk and Gram Panchayat Minister (Class-3) cadre has been announced as '2'. Candidates will have to undertake the procedure as per the rules with the following details.

The work related to refund of examination fee to the concerned candidates by the District Development Officers has to be done from 5/09/2021 to 05/10/2071 (during working hours).

The District Development Officers will have to disseminate the program showing the place and time regarding the refund of examination fee to the general category candidates on the website of the District Panchayat as well as on the notice board. There will also be a "separate list" in local newspapers.

In order for the above process to be carried out smoothly and properly, the necessary staff should be appointed by the concerned District Development Officer. And an officer will have to be appointed for his group vision.

Candidates will have to repay the examination fee of Rs.100 / - in cash / by check. As well as the records in this regard will have to be maintained by the District Panchayat.
