Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Awas Yojana 2021-22

Under the Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Awas Yojana, the Office of the Director, Developing Caste Welfare, Gandhinagar is implementing a scheme to provide housing assistance to the socio-educationally backward, economically backward and homeless ISMOs of the state. From the applicants who want to avail benefits under Sadarhu Yojana and are eligible for the criteria laid down by the Government, on the portal esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in, dt. Dated from 01-06-2021. Applications are invited online till 30-06-2021.

(1) Application for assistance in Pandit Dindayal Upadhyaya Awas Yojana should be made online only. The required documents along with the application will also have to be uploaded online.

(2) If the application does not contain the required details in full or has an application with incomplete documents, it will be automatically rejected (rejected).

(3) If there is a general defect in the online application, if asked to do so by the Deputy Director, District Social Welfare Officer (developing caste), the application shall be completed and sent to the District Officer within 15 days. Subsequent applications will be considered canceled.

(4) The applicant should be a native of the State of Gujarat. The annual income of the applicant's family is Rs. 1,50,000- and for urban area Rs. Should not be more than 150,000.

(5) In previous years, the applicant or his family members should not have received such assistance from this department or any other department of the State of Gujarat.

(6) The benefit of this scheme is available only once to one person from the family.

 (7) Original document should be shown by the officer / employee of the district office when required.

(8) If the applicant has applied online in the year 2020-21 and is not selected, the application shall be deemed canceled and if such applicant wants to avail the benefit in the current year, he / she shall re-apply.

(9) In the online application, the applicant has to give the mobile number of himself or his family member. If another person's number is given or more than one application is received, such applications will be considered canceled.
