Which is the most difficult exam in India ?

There are many types of examinations conducted in India, including session examinations for a course, competitive examinations for government and banking sector jobs, entrance examinations for a course as well as entrance examinations for using the UPSC Civil Services Library SPIPA.

Being associated with the examination department of the university, I have experience in conducting examinations for college level courses and as a candidate I have appeared for IBPS and SBI examinations in the banking sector in which I have passed the examination for SBI Assistant Manager and also got a job.

But your question is which exam is the most difficult, it is really difficult to compare this though try a little which might help a little.

The CA (Chartered Accountant) exam is said to be difficult in the exams taken as part of the course and this is due to the huge syllabus which is updated every financial year by changing the tax structure.

UPSC civil service exams are also considered difficult to get the remaining jobs due to its large syllabus and current affairs.  Exams are difficult because they cannot be covered in a short period of time, requiring long and systematic effort.

The level of CAT (Common Admission Test) taken for admission in the best colleges of MBA (IIM) is also considered difficult.

Similarly, the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) taken to get admission in Master of Engineering after doing engineering is also considered difficult as it covers the subjects of each semester of engineering.

તમામ યુનિવર્સિટીના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને બેઝ પ્રોગ્રેશન અપાશે વધુ માહિતી માટે અહીં ક્લિક કરો

The NEET for Medical (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) which was earlier known as PMT (Pre-Medical Test) is also considered tough.

So without going into too much detail, the conclusion is that all these exams are difficult independently (systematic preparation makes it easy) but it is not possible to compare them because of their purpose (for a job or for admission to a course) and  Its candidates are also different.

Apart from this, IELTS, TOEFL, GRE are also a bit difficult exams to get admission in foreign universities but they are not included in the answer to your question.

 Thank you.
