Announcement regarding examination regarding direct recruitment of staffers class-3 Office of the Commissioner (Health), Block-2, Dr. Jivraj Mehta Bhavan, Gandhinagar.

Commissioner, Health, Medical Services, and Medical Education (TSE), Gandhinagar Total 2018 Vacancies of Staffers Class-3 to be filled by direct recruitment through Competitive Examination No .: COH / 206021/1) https:\\ojas.gujarat For .gov.in (online applications have been received on the advertisement website, according to which the competitive examination for the candidates who have applied will be held on 20/02/2021 on Sunday from 11.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 12.30 pm to 12.30 pm. In the meantime, it will be held at examination centers of 11 cities, for which the period for downloading the admission form will be from 12.00 hrs on 09/08/2021 to 10.00 hrs on 20/03/2071.

Instructions for doing so are posted on the website www.gujhealth.gujarat.gov.in. Candidates who are not downloading from the collator website along with proof of application, latest passport size photo and ID proof with office hours from 15/06/2021 to 16/05/2021 (11.00 to 05, 00) In the meantime the applicant should contact the above mentioned office in person. The collator cannot be downloaded after the time has elapsed. Take note of that.

Candidates for this competitive examination will have to download and get their admission card, attendance form and necessary instructions for the candidates from the Ojas website during the specified period. For which the candidate has to go to the website https:\\Ojas.gujarat.gov.in to download his admission card, attendance form.

In which go to Call Letter and click on Preliminary Exam Call Letter. 

In which the ad is selected "Confirmation No." And type "Birth Date". 

Then you have to click on "Print Call Letter" to get the print of the admission card and bring both the admission card and the attendance sheet together at the time of examination. 

Attendance form with photo should be returned to the examination room. Candidates whose photos are not clearly visible in the attendance sheet will have to bring their latest passport size photo in the attendance sheet and bring it to the examination center. This photo must be accompanied by a photo ID to verify that it is the candidate's own. Candidates are specially informed to see the details of the examination center allotted to you in the admission form.
