Conductor recruitment Update

Corporation's Advertisement No. : GSRTC/201920/32 for direct recruitment in Conductor level to the below mentioned candidates included in the provisional selection list/waiting list for selection of seats in the department based on merit on 27/7/2022 at 9:30 AM at the Training Centre, Convened at Central Ministry Compound, Naroda Patiya, Ahmedabad.

Collator has been placed on the website of the corporation https://gsrtc.in for the below mentioned candidates to select the place which has to be downloaded and the collator has to be brought along at the time of place selection. However, those candidates who have not been able to download the collator will have to get date / time wise print against their name and attend with 6 (six) passport size photos and ID proof.

Once the candidate has selected the department, there will be no change in it

Any representation regarding this will not be considered.

The candidate has to serve at least 5 (five) years in the department in which he is appointed. During this period the benefit of inter-departmental transfer shall not be available and the Corporation shall have the right to transfer for administrative reasons. Candidates will have to appear at that department along with Medical Fitness Certificate of Civil Surgeon and "No Objection Certificate" from the concerned Police Station after informing the Department which they have selected. Thereafter action will be taken to appoint you by the department as per the policy rules / conditions of employment of the corporation. As per the roster point of the department as per requirement which will be transferred by the administration at that department.

The below mentioned candidates included in the shortlist / waitlist are hereby informed to appear on the date / time indicated against their names. If the candidate is absent on the same date/time, the decision of the Corporation regarding appointment shall be final and no reconsideration shall be entertained.

The details mentioned in the advertisement regarding the appointment of candidates are given on the basis of provisional selection list / waiting list taking into account the relevant matters. Candidates should note that if any details are found to be incorrect / different due to re-verification / verification by the Corporation and the provision / conditions of the Corporation are not fulfilled, their appointment will be canceled at any stage.

Among the candidates included in the shortlist / waiting list, the candidates who are left behind due to various reasons will be given the seat selection but only after the verification of their documents, the appointment will be given.

According to the provision of the resolution of the Government regarding the verification of the certificates of Scheduled Tribe candidates. Before appointing the tribal candidates to the conductor level, the procedure regarding the appointment will be taken after verification of their respective tribal certificates by the Analysis Committee/Competent Authority under the Tribal Development Department. Candidates who have applied for Conductor level advertisement notification no. Candidates who have not submitted the documents as mentioned in K have to submit the documents promptly.
