Kumar Rajaratna Bhimrao Ambedkar Medical Assistance Scheme


Eligibility Criteria


Income limit


- Rs. 47,000 / - per annum for rural area


- Rs. 68,000 per annum for urban area -


The standard of assistance


Rs.150 / - per case for vitiligo in women


For serious obstetric disease Rs. 500 / - per case for TB monthly Rs. 500 - Until the pain goes away.


- Monthly for cancer Rs. 1000 / - till the pain disappears


- Monthly for leprosy Rs. 800 / - till the pain disappears


- HIV AIDS sufferers monthly Rs. 500 / - till the disease is eradicated


- Individual Financial Assistance for Housing (Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana)


Eligibility Criteria For rural area


- Beneficiaries who cannot avail benefits under Indira Awas Yojana and fulfill other conditions of Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana are provided assistance under this scheme.


Income limit Rs.47,000 - For urban area


- Beneficiary should be widow, handicapped abandoned, laborer, BPL. If first priority. Beneficiary App. Should be of the race.


- Beneficiary's annual income should not exceed Rs. 68,000 / -.


- The beneficiary should have a plot of his own or a non-habitable plot at least 25 times.


It should be a mud house.


- Beneficiaries who are not included in Indira Awas Yojana but are beneficiaries of Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana


- Benefit may be given to the beneficiary who fulfills other conditions.

- Beneficiaries who are not included in the Indira Awas Yojana but who are fulfilling other conditions of the Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana can be given benefits to the beneficiaries who are widows, laborers, handicapped or extremely backward castes.
