National Talent Search Exam Announcement

In the current academic year, NCERT, New Delhi awarded National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) for students studying in Std-10 will be conducted in two stages. The first phase examination will be conducted by State Examination Board, Gandhinagar on Sunday 16/01/2022.

Applications for this exam should be filled online on WWW.sebexam.org website from 29/09/202 to 22/10/2021.

Scholarship amount and payment rules:

The selection list of candidates for the second phase examination will be prepared as per the quota of the state as per merit based on the result of NTSE first phase examination. The second phase examination will be conducted by NCERT, New Delhi. Based on which the candidates eligible for scholarship will be eligible for scholarship as under.

In Std-11 and Std-12, annual Rs. 15000 / - Scholarship will be given.

Annual Rs. For undergraduate and postgraduate studies! 24000 / - Scholarship will be given.

Ph.D. UGC for study. Scholarships will be eligible as per the rules.

Student Qualification:

Students who are studying in Government School, Granted School, Private School, Local Body School or any other recognized school in the state of Gujarat of any recognized board in Std-10 in the current academic year will be able to appear for the NTSE examination.

Students who are studying in Open Learning Distance (Open Learning Distance) on 1/7/2021 under 18 years of age, not working as well as students who will be appearing in Std-10 examination for the first time also appeared for NTSE. Will be able to.

Indian students studying abroad in Std-10 will be able to directly apply for the second phase examination. For this, the application form to be published on the website of NCERT in January-2022 has to be filled by 28/02/2022 as directed by NCERT.

Income limit:

The income limit is not to be considered in this examination as decided by NCERT, New Delhi. The student who qualifies for the scholarship will receive the full scholarship.

Exam Fee:

Examination fee for general category students will be Rs.70 / -.

Ph.D., O.B.C., S.C. And S.T. Examination fee for category students will be 50 / -.

• Service charge has to be paid separately.

Fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Fee Acceptance Center:

Online Payment Gateway will be able to pay the examination fee from “ATM CARD / NET BANKING”. To deposit the fee online, click on "Print Application / Challan" and fill in the details, then click on "Online Payment". After the fee has been deposited, you will be told on the screen that your fee has been credited and you will get an e-receipt to print. If there is any defect in the process, it will be seen on the screen that your fee has not been paid

If the e-receipt is not generated within 24 hours after deducting the fee from his bank account, the online fee payer will have to contact the State Examination Board by e-mail immediately.
