1) Advertisement No. 2 / 2020-21 will be taken from OMR system and all the candidates will have to download the call letter anew, the previous admission letter will not be considered valid. Apart from that all advertisements will be taken through Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) system, the latest necessary instructions / information regarding CBRT will have to be obtained from the Commission's website Candidates will have to appear in the examination room one hour before the scheduled time of the examination on the day of the examination for the preliminary tests conducted by the CBRT system.

(3) The Commission has decided to allow all the candidates of the above advertisements to appear in this test on a temporary basis. 1 and 2) "Online" must be downloaded. Apart from that J.S. For the examinations of 2nd and 104 / 2020-21, the concerned candidates have to download only the admission form and the instructions of the candidates (Appendix-1 and 2) which must be kept together in the examination room and the candidates have to take it back after completion of the examination.

(3) In order to download the admission form “Online”, the candidates have to take the following step / stepwise procedure.

 (1) Go to https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in.

(2) Click on “Call Letter / Form” >> “Preliminary Call Letter / Main Exam Call Letter / Form”.

(2) Here the candidate has to select his / her job and type "Confirmation Number" and "Birth Date".

(2) Now you have to click on “Print Call Letter” and get the print of the admission card. Clicking on Appendix-1 and Appendix-2 inside the note in the attendance sheet will print the candidate's instructions Appendix-1 and Appendix-2. Note that all these documents are printed accurately. Admission and attendance form should be printed on separate paper. Both must be brought along at the time of examination. Attendance form with photo should be returned to the examination room. Candidates whose photos are not clearly visible in the attendance sheet will have to bring their latest passport size photo to the examination center. This photo must be accompanied by a photo ID to clarify that it is the candidate's own.

Special Note: - Non-anonymous candidates who have not paid the post office / online application fee will not be able to download the admission form. These candidates have to face such process charge at the office of the First Commission (Address: Opposite Air Force Office, Near Six-6 Circle, 'Six' Road, Sector-10-A, Gandhinagar) during office hours till the next working day of the examination. You have to pay in cash or in https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in -> in FEES MODULE-> PROCESSING FEE TO UNBLOCK CALL LETTER by selecting the advertisement, entering the creation number and date of birth and paying the online process charge of Rs.500.

If for any reason this system does not issue the admission card even after paying your rupee, you should fill in the details in this module and click on “CHECK YOUR PAYMNET STATUS” to know the status. Only then can the download form be allowed to be downloaded by the concerned candidates. Candidates who have done and paid the application fee within the time limit, yet the admission card is not downloaded or the message “Application Not Found” appears on the website are asked to contact the Commission office in person by the next working day along with proof of application during office hours.
